 1951: A Streetcar Named Desire listed Elysian Fields as the home of the characters.

Elysian fields is the final resting place for those who are heroic, brave and mighty.

Cheyene, chose to name the site that to honor and respect the friends she lost to suicide, family members who are no longer here and those who didn't get a chance to finish living out their dreams.

If this is your first workshop, WELCOME! Be sure to dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, water, journal, and anything else to make yourself comfortable for 3 hours of treating yourself if you're going to a workshop! 

If you don’t have some of these items, don’t worry – we got you! We have extras for that. 

Each workshop is unique, but will always consist of meditation, journaling, yoga, group reiki, and group discussions. You can expect love, light, rest, realness, & a space to let it all go so you can move through whatever journey you’re on. We encourage holistic wellness, balance, authenticity, perspective, support, and community. 

We offer a one of a kind of experience as a workshop you’ll find yourself in a nourishing experience that provides a space to grow closer to community, allowing space for conversation on various topics from different perspectives. We provide the opportunity to explore what rest looks like from within while restoring ourselves by activating the parasympathetic nervous system allowing your brain to send signals to the muscle, tissues and ligaments. 

All of our practitioners have a wide variety of expertise.
